I'm a Lead Product & UX Designer with 7+ years directing end-to-end experience design for complex digital platforms across government and enterprise. My work lives where strategy meets craft - turning multi-stakeholder systems and regulatory constraints into products people can actually use.

I specialise in service design, information architecture, and design systems for large-scale, high-stakes products. I partner closely with product managers to translate ambiguous business and policy requirements into scalable, user-centred design. Based between Beirut and Paris, I work with teams worldwide.
